REVWORX TERMS OF SERVICE

1. OVERVIEW

Welcome to RevWorx. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevWorx website, online store, products, services, and related content (collectively, the "Services").

RevWorx operates its online store using Shopify, which provides the technology that allows us to provide the Services. Purchases made through the RevWorx store are transactions between you and RevWorx.

By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases through our Services.

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

RevWorx sells automotive aftermarket accessories and vehicle styling products, including license plate frames, custom license plate frames, decals, and other automotive products.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, images, and other product information. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and other factors.

Product images may include vehicles, accessories, modifications, or other elements that are not included with the product being purchased unless specifically stated in the product description.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, specifications, availability, or other product information at any time.

We may discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

4. AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

RevWorx products are intended primarily for automotive styling and accessory purposes.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is legal and appropriate for use on your vehicle in your location.

License Plate Frames and Covers

Customers are solely responsible for installing and using license plate frames, covers, accessories, and related products in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and other laws and regulations.

You must not use any RevWorx product to obscure, alter, conceal, distort, or interfere with the visibility of a license plate, registration information, state name, expiration information, or any other legally required marking where such use is prohibited.

RevWorx does not encourage or authorize the use of its products for evading law enforcement, toll systems, traffic enforcement, automated license-plate recognition systems, or other lawful identification or enforcement systems.

You are responsible for how you install and use our products.

RevWorx is not responsible for tickets, citations, fines, penalties, vehicle inspections, registration issues, or other consequences resulting from improper, illegal, or prohibited use or installation of a product.

5. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Certain RevWorx products may allow customers to submit custom text, images, logos, graphics, designs, or other content ("Customer Content").

By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it;
  • Your submission does not infringe or violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • Your submission does not violate applicable law;
  • You have all permissions necessary for RevWorx to use the content to produce your order.

RevWorx reserves the right to refuse or cancel custom orders containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, obscene, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

Custom Order Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, capitalization, numbers, colors, graphics, and other information submitted for a custom product before completing your order.

Unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Return Policy, custom products may not be eligible for return or exchange solely because the customer submitted incorrect information, selected the wrong option, or changed their mind after production has begun.

If an error was caused by RevWorx, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

6. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered accepted until RevWorx confirms the order and successfully processes the applicable payment.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability;
  • Pricing or listing errors;
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
  • Incorrect customer information;
  • Shipping limitations;
  • Violations of these Terms;
  • Customer-submitted content that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order and will issue any applicable refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

7. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

Product prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time.

The price charged for your order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, unless an error or other applicable circumstance requires correction.

Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include applicable sales tax, shipping, or other charges.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse transactions that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise suspicious.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

RevWorx is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, lost or delayed packages, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to RevWorx, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, RevWorx is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.

For damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered orders, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the RevWorx Services, including but not limited to:

  • RevWorx names and logos;
  • Trademarks;
  • Slogans;
  • Product names;
  • Product designs;
  • Photographs;
  • Graphics;
  • Videos;
  • Written content;
  • Website design;
  • Layout and visual elements;

is owned by RevWorx or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

REVWORX, its logos, designs, slogans, and associated branding are the property of RevWorx to the extent protected by applicable law.

11. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, comments, suggestions, or other content to RevWorx ("Customer Content"), you grant RevWorx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and publish that content for purposes related to operating and promoting RevWorx, subject to applicable law.

You retain ownership of your Customer Content.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that your submission does not violate another person's rights.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

RevWorx may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We do not prohibit or penalize customers for leaving honest reviews, including negative reviews. Any moderation of reviews will be based on legitimate reasons such as fraud, unlawful content, spam, or violations of our policies—not simply because a review is negative.

This is important because federal law protects consumers' ability to give honest opinions about businesses and products.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, payment processors, shipping providers, social-media platforms, or other services.

RevWorx does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party services.

13. SHOPIFY

RevWorx uses Shopify to power our online store.

However, purchases made through the RevWorx store are transactions between you and RevWorx.

Shopify is not responsible for products sold by RevWorx or for disputes between RevWorx and its customers, except to the extent required by applicable law or under Shopify's own agreements.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVWORX AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVWORX'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE OR CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID REVWORX FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RevWorx and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  1. Your violation of these Terms;
  2. Your violation of applicable law;
  3. Your violation of another person's rights;
  4. Your Customer Content; or
  5. Your misuse of our Services or products.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

21. WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

RevWorx may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms as permitted by law.

Any dispute will be handled in the courts having proper jurisdiction over the matter and the parties, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
